phkay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your phkay account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phkay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. phkay aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any pending KYC verification requirements.

Where bonus abuse is detected, phkay reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phkay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phkay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phkay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phkay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phkay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phkay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
